Choose one final click path
Cashback tracking usually depends on starting at ShopBack and clicking through to the retailer in the same shopping session. If you click another cashback service or use an unlisted code, attribution or eligibility may change. Calculate the expected saving
Expected cost = checkout total – eligible cashback. Exclude delivery, taxes, gift cards, excluded products and any cashback that remains pending or is later rejected.

How the cashback calculation works

- New-customer example: on an eligible A$100 purchase, a 3% rate would be A$3 cashback.
- Existing-customer example: on an eligible A$100 purchase, a 1% rate would be A$1 cashback.
Important: cashback is normally tracked after the purchase and is not an instant checkout discount. It may be calculated on an eligible subtotal rather than delivery, taxes or excluded items.
